Thank you for shopping with VIAAHH – from Kreation by KJ. We take complete responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you safely.


Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above INR 2,999

  • Express Shipping: INR 350 per order

We ship only through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and Speed Post.


Payment Methods

We accept prepaid payments only via:
UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and PayTM.

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Address changes can be requested only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, no changes can be made


International Shipping

For international shipping enquiries, please email

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 3 weeks

  • International shipping charges and customs duties, if applicable, must be paid by the customer as per local regulations


Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All VIAAHH products are handcrafted, therefore processing times may vary.

  • Processing time: 7–20 working days, depending on the product

  • Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product pages

  • For orders with multiple items, the longest processing time applies

  • Orders are generally shipped within 3–15 working days

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details and estimated delivery timelines.

Delivery to remote locations may take longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.

Orders cannot be expedited once shipped.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including natural calamities, COVID-19 restrictions, or other force majeure events.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears damaged, unsealed, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse the delivery

  • Notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp


Refusal of Delivery

  • If a prepaid order is intentionally refused at the time of delivery, the order amount will be credited as store credit only, after deducting the following charges:

    • Shipping charges

    • RTO (Return to Origin) charges

    • Processing fees

    Detailed receipts for all deductions will be shared with the customer via email.
