At VIAAHH – from Kreation by KJ, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Refunds to the original method of payment are not available.
All approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit only, at our discretion.

2. Domestic Orders (Within Country)

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds are not provided.

3. International Orders

  • All international orders are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request an exchange for a defective or incorrect product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package seal is first opened

  • Videos with cuts, edits, or missing footage will not be accepted

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will be rejected

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • Once approved, exchanges will be processed for the same product or store credit, subject to availability

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the error is on our end

7. Final Decision

VIAAHH – from Kreation by KJ reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request based on policy compliance.
